YLSK-680 Serisi Compression Spring Coiling machine divided into Cam,Wire feed, Upper-Lower cutter & Two pitch variation Axis.
Compression Spring Coiling Machine Base made of HT250 high grade cast iron with forged sand technology with rib-plate design, not easy to deform, good shock absorption. Each feeding shaft contains double bearing support, Feeding system controlled by Pneumatic system. Feeding servo motor is matched with the servo coupling. Taiwan Kontroller system & Japonyaese Servo Motors Used. Four Pairs of Forged Feed Rollers which results in high wear resistant, Both cut-off and variable-diameter sliders are made of wear-resistant materials and heat treatment processes. The design of electronic hand-wheel makes debugging more convenient. Automatic Wire Feeding Stand (De-coiler) has Automatic Shutdown & Acceleration function when the wire finish, Broken or twisted with internal alarms system.
